Harvard PDAs Summit

Every year, representatives from the Harvard Postdoctoral Association (PDA) meet to discuss the major challenges faced by postdocs, including financial concerns, family-related issues, career development, and other aspects of postdoctoral life.

This annual gathering was first launched in 2022 as an initiative of Us, the FAS-PDA. Since then, it has brought together board members from PDAs across Harvard institutions to share experiences, discuss available resources, and identify common priorities. We also explore ways to coordinate our efforts, strengthen advocacy for postdocs, and develop initiatives that can improve the postdoctoral experience across the university.
