Come and hear the job search stories, strategies, and advice from recently-hired PhDs in the humanities and social sciences who will be working in a variety of academic positions after graduation.
Panelists include:
- Ceyhun Arslan, PhD '17, Near Eastern Languages and Civilizations to begin as Assistant Professor of Comparative Literature at Koc University, Istanbul, Turkey.
- Farshid Emami, PhD '17, History of Art and Architecture, to begin as Assistant Professor at Oberlin College, following a post-doctoral research position.
- Sarah Politz, PhD '17, Music, to begin as Visiting Assistant Professor of Ethnomusicology at Williams College.
