Dr. Alison Gammie, Director of the Division of Training, Workforce Development, and Diversity at the National Institute of General Medical Sciences (NIGMS), will be speaking at BU on February 11th (details below). Her office supports the Institute’s research training, career development, and diversity-building activities through a number of programs at the undergraduate, graduate, postdoctoral, and faculty levels (all are most welcome).   This talk is open to postdocs and junior faculty, and will provide an overview of research training activities, fellowships to promote diversity, trainee-centered outcomes and career planning.   Join us on Tuesday February 11th, 3:30-5:30pm and RSVP here: https://www.bu.edu/research/nigms/
