Inclusive Teaching and Communication Skills
Date and Time

Location
Zoom--Link will be provided to registered participants in due time
In this interactive discussion, led by Pamela Pollock, Director of Professional Development at the Bok Center, you will have the opportunity to explore issues related to inclusive teaching and communication skills, and discuss useful strategies for communicating your approach to teaching and diversity for the job market.
This will be especially useful to those of you, who got their undergraduate and graduate degrees outside of the US. How should you think about teaching in the US? What are the norms and rules, and how might undergraduate education here differ from your own experiences?
The discussion will be particularly relevant for those of you who are preparing your Teaching and Diversity statements for the academic job market.
