We will have a presentation by Iandoli Desai & Cronin P.C., a law firm that specializes exclusively in U.S. Immigration Law. They will focus their talk on the Green Card options for Ph.D. Scientists whose work is in basic research. In addition, they will specifically address the changes in US administration and the new DHS Skilled Worker Regulation, which is effective 1/17/2017. The lawyers will be available to answer any additional immigration-related questions after the presentation.
