DESCRIPTION:<p style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;">	<span style="line-height:normal"><span><span style="color:#0d0f1a"><drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="a582fcd3-f239-43c3-8e4d-dc05a48fddff" data-align="right" alt="Publicase"></drupal-media>Effective communication of scientific findings through high-quality publications is essential for any researcher's career. However, writing and publishing scientific manuscripts can be challenging and time consuming, especially for early-career scientists who may still need to gain the skills to craft a scientific paper efficiently. In this course, postdocs will learn how to apply the <a data-url="https://publicaseinternational.com/" href="https://publicaseinternational.com/" target="_blank" title="">Publicase Method</a>, an objective and straightforward technique for writing scientific papers quickly and efficiently. This will include discussion of </span></span><span><span style="color:#1e1e1e">important current topics, such as the role of the scientific article in a researcher's career, fraud in science and its consequences, the reproducibility crisis in science, and the ethical use of Chat-GPT in writing scientific manuscripts.</span></span></span></p><p style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;">	 </p><p style="margin-top: 0in; margin-right: 0in; margin-bottom: 0in;">	<span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span><span style="color:#1e1e1e">This training is divided into 8 classes of approximately 90 minutes each, totaling 12 hours. Each class is split into modules that include discussions, quizzes, sharing of tools and resources, and lesson. All classes are recorded and stored on a platform so that participants can watch a class later in case they missed it. Meetings may take place once, twice or three times per week.</span></span></span></span></p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:92.45pt;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:7.0pt">	<br><span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><u><span><span style="color:#1e1e1e">Syllabus</span></span></u><span><span style="color:#1e1e1e">:</span></span></span></span></p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:92.45pt;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:9.0pt">	<span style="background:white"><span style="line-height:normal"><span><span style="color:#1e1e1e">Class 1: The Scientific Article and the Publicase Method<br>Class 2: Figures and tables<br>Class 3: Article's Outline and Journal Selection<br>Class 4: Materials and Methods<br>Class 5: Results<br>Class 6: Introduction<br>Class 7: Discussion<br>Class 8: Title and Abstract</span></span></span></span></p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:9.0pt">	 </p><p style="margin-top:0in;margin-right:0in;margin-bottom:0in;margin-left:9.0pt">	<drupal-media data-entity-type="media" data-entity-uuid="1e8ecdb4-d74d-4671-9d70-5872d2cf0fff" alt="Publicase 2"></drupal-media></p>
