DESCRIPTION:<h3 style="text-align: center;">	<strong>** Application deadline is October 24 **</strong></h3><p>	Leadership skills are essential for today's challenging scientific environment. Our goal is to support scientists in acquiring and developing these skills to productively deal with challenges related to interpersonal aspects of doing science.<br>This workshop addresses relevant topics to develop and sharpen your competence portfolio, including:</p><ul>	<li>		Developing key communication skills	</li>	<li>		Initiating and maintaining collaborations and dealing with group dynamics	</li>	<li>		Effective self organization: setting goals and priorities	</li></ul><p>	hfp consulting approaches these topics practically. Short theoretical inputs are followed by extensive exercises. The goal is to increase the impact of the training by allowing immediate application of the concepts taught in partner work, role-playing or group discussion.</p><p>	Workshop is led by: <a data-url="http://hfp-consulting.com/" href="http://hfp-consulting.com/" target="_blank" title="">hfp consulting</a></p><p>	Registration for this workshop is limited to 40 people. Preference will be given to HMS Quad-based and FAS-Cambridge postdocs.
