He has published over 220 peer papers and 160 abstracts. He received numerous awards including NSF CAREER, PECASE, ONR-YIP, Colburn, Y.C. Fung and IEEE EMBS and Nanotechnology awards. He received his PhD in Bioengineering from MIT, and MASc and BASc degrees from University of Toronto both in chemical engineering.<br><br>“The Nuts and Bolts of Academic Job Search” outlines an effective search strategy and discusses important elements of the faculty application process.
