An advisor from the HIO (who is not a tax attorney and cannot provide tax advice) will provide an overview of **Windstar**. This tax preparation software program assists certain foreign nationals in determining U.S. federal and Massachusetts state tax status, and also prepares the appropriate tax forms required for filing Tax Non-Resident tax returns.
