In this Q&A panel discussion, four recently tenured FAS faculty from the life sciences will answer all your questions about how best to survive/thrive in your future position as an Assistant Professor. This includes themes such as managing your lab (both people and resources, preparing to teach, applying for grants, mentoring, work/life balance, research/teaching balance, administrative issues, etc.

Since the session will be driven by your questions, please submit them [here](https://docs.google.com/document/d/1vNyBv0cXV448xNcN-H1gjGE_Q8okF12TOd7iY6vceaQ/edit). For this, you need to project yourself in your new faculty office/lab. How do you plan on tackling the challenges you will face?
