 Join us for a one-hour wellness session presented by Laura C. Arena, (Ed.M., M.T.S., A.L.M., E-RYT), a Wellness Consultant at the Harvard Center for Wellness. A combination of chair yoga, short meditations and breathing exercises, this session gives you a sampling of ways to unplug and recharge.
