**Communication Skills from the Center for Workplace Development (CWD)**

Courses are available to benefits-eligible postdocs and offered in both Fall and Spring semesters.

- **Communicating with Confidence:** 8-Week Course (remote &amp; in-person options available, 1.5/hrs/week). Build real-world speaking skills through live practice, group discussions, and impromptu speaking with instant feedback, you’ll learn to manage nerves, think on your feet, and share your ideas with ease. You may take individual classes or pursue a degree or certificate through eligible programs at the Harvard Extension School, the Graduate School of Education and other participating Harvard schools.
